Comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty
EC Construction Group provides a one (1) year limited warranty covering both labor and materials supplied by EC Construction Group in connection with your project. This warranty begins on the date of substantial completion and applies to all residential remodeling and construction projects we perform.
Workmanship and Materials Defect Coverage
All workmanship performed by EC Construction Group and all materials furnished by EC Construction Group are warranted to be free from defects under normal use and conditions for one (1) year from project completion. This includes structural, mechanical, and cosmetic defects arising from our work.
Repair or Replacement of Covered Defects
If a defect in EC Construction Group-supplied materials or workmanship arises within the warranty period, EC Construction Group will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no additional cost to the homeowner.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- —Defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications by the homeowner or third parties
- —Normal wear and tear, including minor settling, shrinkage, or expansion of materials
- —Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather
- —Third-party products or systems not furnished or installed by EC Construction Group
- —Work completed by subcontractors engaged directly by the homeowner

EC Construction Group is a fully licensed California contractor. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on all projects, protecting you and your property throughout the construction process.
